Agents work with us to introduce the Umbrolly
managed service within their local areas.
Agents will approach potential locations
(shopping centres, bars, gym, cinemas, hotels, tourist attractions,
etc) on our behalf, to introduce the product, and secure the
necessary operating licenses.
We then install, and operate the service at
our cost.
Agent
benefits:
A residual royalty from every
product sold for the life of each operating licence, and a fixed commission
based on each machine placed through the licences secured.

suitable:
We are happy to hear from individuals, and businesses, which
are able to leverage existing relationships to introduce our product
in a timely manner, anywhere in the UK. We are also happy to hear
from individuals with a strong sales background, and a proactive
approach to building customer relationships.

Become an Umbrolly
Operator/Distributor (global)
Distributors/operators manage the introduction and operation of
our vending machines within a defined overseas area (city or
country).
Machines and umbrellas are purchased directly from Umb UK
Vend, and operated in the local market, utilising our existing
business model.
We typically appoint 1 partner per major city, or country. We are
also happy to offer city and country-wide exclusivity, subject
to the agreement of minimum order quantities.
Distributor benefits: The creation and ownership of a

and managed under the guidance of our UK operation.

Who is suitable: You will already have
strong, established sales/delivery channels and potential

the business in your city/country, if a start up. You will also
need access to sufficient liquid capital to fund the initial purchase of
your vending machines and stock. (Minimum initial order is 10
machines and 5,000 umbrellas)
Finance packages are available, subject to status and credit
acceptance. Financial and/or personal guarantees may be
required.
